Product Siege Operating Agreement Product Siege cares about the privacy of its customers. The following Privacy statement details the practices and policies regarding the information we collect from our customers and the information that our customers may experience. Product Siege will never distribute any information that is obtained from our customers to any third party without prior written consent. This data is used to provide all visitors and customers an enjoyable, effective experience with Product Siege. Cookies may be used to custom tailor your visit to Product Siege, for a more personable experience and relationship with us. Product Siege serves as a gateway to numerous websites and online retailers throughout the online community, and cannot be held responsible for their privacy policies. Please check with the site being visited for their corresponding privacy policy. This statement discloses Product Siege’s policies pertaining to the collection, use and third party disclosure of Product Siege customer information and site usage for the entire Product Siege site. These policies can be changed at anytime for any reason. To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of information, we will for no reason store your personal information online to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Information we collect about Product Siege members IP address, browser type, resolution, color depth, O.S., JavaScript, and referrer. These gatherings will simply help us fine tune and tailor our site to its visitors and customers, for a more enjoyable, user-friendly experience. Email Address - Will only be obtained through the authorization of the customer, or when any email is sent to Product Siege. Street Address - Will only be obtained through the authorization of the customer during contest registration for mailing of any prizes won. What Product Siege does with your information. Internally we will potentially use the information we collect about you to: Contact you. Help resolve disputes. Troubleshoot problems you or others may experience with the site. Customize the site and advertising for you based upon your prior activity on Product Siege. Track site usage. Market Product Siege more effectively. Your email address and/or Mailing Address IF AND ONLY IF you have explicitly granted us permission to share your personal Email Address and or physical address information with third party marketers will we do so. Third Parties Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, Product Siege cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain private. Third Party Advertising Product Siege may work with one or more third parties that serve ads on the site. These Banner advertisements may sometimes collect information. These third party advertising agencies operate under their own privacy and security policies. Final Note Product Siege reserves the right to discontinue any paying customer’s service if the forgone paying customer fails to follow this privacy policy, and fails to act in a responsible manner congruent with that of the stated practices and policies of Product Siege and the retailers contained therein. Product Siege refuses, and can terminate at any time, any affiliate, paying or not, that may inflict a negative tone by race, gender, religion, or any other related destructive opinions. Our goal is to bring consumers of all areas a direct, relaxed environment to locate retailers on the web, without having to fight through unwanted search engine results, intrusive pop-ups, and mounds of adult material and bothersome unrelated ads.
